Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges only for damaged items. Returns are not accepted for items you simply don’t like or no longer want.

  • Return Period: If your items arrive damaged, please initiate the return within 3 days from the delivery date. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason after 3 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: The item must be returned unused and in its original condition, with all tags still attached. We cannot process returns for used or worn items.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged. Once we receive the returned damaged item and verify the issue, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items that are not damaged or have been used.
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items.

Damaged Goods Procedure

If your items arrive damaged during transit, we will provide you with a replacement or process a refund. Please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Include pictures of the damaged item(s) to help us quickly assess the issue.

  4. Replacement/Refund: Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will replace it or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping

If the item is damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
